House Rules
☼ Unregistered quests and visitors not allowed ☼ Quiet time hours are 11pm-7am ☼ No drugs, smoking, vaping in home or on patio ☼Guests must follow HOA Rules and Guidelines No pets ☼ Do not leave trash bags outside on patio. All trash must be taken to the dumpster in a timely manner. * NO golf carts or golf cart rentals allowed on the premises for guests / renters Upon check-in, visit the main office to obtain parking permits and wristbands. Wristbands are $20 each and will be paid for (via credit card) at office. Also there is an additional $25 parking pass fee that you can pick up at the front desk as well. Because we want this to be comfortable and relaxing for all community guests, failure to follow these rules could result in the immediate cancellation of your stay.

Guests will also have to purchase a parking pass for $25 if they have a car to park
